ORDERING INFORMATION
There are several ways to order from BCBSURVIVALUSA.COM. We have included as many as possible in an effort to make your shopping experience with easy and enjoyable.
Order online using a US based credit card. This is by far the easiest method as everything is automated. Our system will walk you through the necessary information and will notify you via email that the transaction was processed normally.
Order via Fax.Your fax should be sent to 888.834.9971. Our fax machine will automatically detect the fax and receive it. Please note that when using this method, be sure to fully describe the item you would like and include your credit card information, billing and shipping address. Your shipping charge will automatically be added to your order and a confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of processing.
Order via Phone. Feel free to call us at 888.834.9971 to place your order. Please accept our apologies in advance, but during busy times, our phone may be answered by our automated phone system. If this happens, please leave your name, number and what you would like to order and a representative will call you back ASAP.
Order via Email.We recommend this method for international orders as well as orders requiring special pricing, shipping methods or other variables that our online ordering system cannot anticipate. Please send your email orders to orders@bestglide.com.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note: We will get your order out as soon as possible. Due to the fact that we order all of our items directly from BCB in the UK, there will occasionally be a delay in shipment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If this is the case with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible in an effort to make you aware of the delay.
All orders received after 2:00 PM Central Time will be processed the following day unless special arrangements have been made.
Domestic
Our preferred methods of shipping domestically include UPS and US Postal Service. Please note that we cannot ship to a P.O. Box if UPS shipping is used. Please provide a physical address in this case.
Most packages ship the day after the order is received. We can expedite shipping under most circumstances. If we cannot, you will be contacted immediately by a representative to discuss options.
You will find multiple methods of shipping listed on our online ordering system to include UPS and USPS priority and expedited shipping options.
International
Our preferred method of shipping internationally is via US Postal Service Global Express. Though there are several cheaper methods, this is the least expensive that still allows shipment tracking. This method has also proven to be the most reliable. Shipments using this method will usually arrive between 5 to 7 days. However, this also depends on the mail system of the country the package is being shipped to, which we have no control over.
In support of our troops around the world, we will ship to military post offices to include APOs.
PAYMENT METHODS

Our automated system will accept the above cards from US based banks. If you are using a card issued by a bank located somewhere other than the US, you must contact us for arrangements. In this case, we prefer PayPal but will make exceptions under certain circumstances.

PayPal is a free and secure payment system that was originally designed for EBay. However, anyone who has access to the internet may use this system. You may find more information on PayPal at www.paypal.com.
RETURN INFORMATION
Due to the quality of these products, we do not expect to receive many returns. However, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please follow the below guidelines:
1. Return within 30 days unless you have found the item to be defective, then return upon discovery.
2. Return in an unused condition in the original packaging if possible.
3. Email us at info@bestglide.com or call for a return authorization number and for further instructions.
Please do not return packages without prior contact.
We have not done our job if you are not happy with your item. We will do everything in our power to see that you are satisfied with our products and service. Our best marketing tool is your satisfaction.
